ELEPHANT TREE present a remarkable Anniversary Edition of their acclaimed first album "Theia" (2015). While the music of this milestone remains untouched, its artwork has been given a refreshing inversion, and a wealth of rare photos, liner notes and lyrics have been added to provide a thorough look at the band's first decade since the original release. The seed for ELEPHANT TREE was planted in a rehearsal space somewhere in the smelly back alleys of England's sleepless capital of London in 2013. There, the first notes of what would become the song 'Attack of the Altaica' sprang from the bass of Jack Townley and Sam Hart's drums. Thus, it is fitting that this earliest demo became the opening track of the band's new rarities collection "Handful of Ten". The infectious blend of warm, syrupy fuzz and soaring vocal harmonies on the "Attack of the Altaica" demo soon led to contract and the debut full-length "Theia" was released in September 2014. Although the album received an excellent reception by critics and fans alike, the hardworking Englishmen did not rest on their laurels. In 2015 they followed up with the self-titled sophomore full-length "Elephant Tree". The next album took longer: ELEPHANT TREE's decision to try a label closer to home ultimately did not work out as the new label ran into trouble, which left the band's third and latest album "Habits" (2020) without the ongoing support it deserved. Looking back at ten most exciting years, ELEPHANT TREE celebrate this occasion with reissues of "Habits" and "Theia" as well as great tunes pulled from their archive alongside the brash and blistering new tracks under the title "Handful of Ten".

Heavy rock afficionados GREENLEAF were initially formed as an informal project by friends that were already playing in other bands including such notable names as DOZER, LOWRIDER, and DEMON CLEANER. The Swedes simply wanted an outlet for their mutual love of '70s-era hard rock and proto-metal while being free from the expectations and pressures of their main bands. Despite intentions to keep GREENLEAF purely for pleasure, the undiluted joy of creating catchy songs led to everyone demanding for that material to be recorded. This eventually resulted in the release of a self-titled debut EP in 2000, which was quickly followed by first full-length "Revolution Rock" only a year later. Having turned from an on and off fling to a full-time love affair, the years of rotating line-ups ended and GREENLEAF's newfound focus and stability was crowned by their fifth album "Trails & Passes" (2014), which featured new permanent vocalist Arvid Hällagård. This milestone also marked the beginning of a new phase of the band. BRUME (pronounced 'Broom') are living proof that California is not all sunshine and easy living. After a decade of sultry sounds and hair-raising crescendos, BRUME push sonic experimentation and delightful genre-bending even further on their third full-length "Marten". The expansion into a four-piece with the addition of Jackie Perez Gratz on cello and vocals has opened a cosmos of new possibilities that the Californians determinedly explore. Zakk Sabbath is the Black Sabbath tribute band featuring guitarist/vocalist Zakk Wylde (Black Label Society, Ozzy Osbourne), bassist Blasko (Ozzy Osbourne, Rob Zombie) and drummer Joey Castillo (Danzig, Queens of the Stone Age), who have been constantly gigging since 2014 with their take on the Birmingham four's early songs.

Legendarily recorded in a single day in October 1969, Black Sabbath's self-titled debut was released on a Friday the 13th in 1970, and the world was never the same.

"We recorded a live EP and were wondering what we could do next as a cover band, so the 50th album anniversary came just at the right time", explains Blasko regarding Zakk Sabbath's decision to go studio. "Compared to 'Paranoid', which is almost like a best-of record, the bulk of the material on 'Black Sabbath' is deep-cut, really experimental stuff that was never thoroughly explored, so that was a challenge, not to forget that we wanted to meet our own high standards."

Describing the DIY process as "very productive," the three respectfully added their own flair to make for a slightly different flavor, also revisiting various live renditions and "extending a solo here or slowing things down because that's what they tended to do on stage."

Titled "Vertigo", Zakk Sabbath's ode to the masters won't be available digitally, "to make the release feel authentic to the time when vinyl ruled the earth. It was such a cool time for those of us that grew up during that time. The fan experience with the physical product is irreplaceable with digital and streaming. We wanted to capture that authenticity."

The songs were faithfully recorded in the spirit of the original - live in the studio and with a film crew documenting the process - culminating in a new celebration of the greatest heavy metal band of all time and the record that started it all.

With their third full-length, "Habits" (2020), the band that had previously been firmly located in a musical triangle between stoner, sludge, and doom maturely expanded their stylistic range to include post-metal groove and even acoustic folk among other elements, which resulted in what German Visions magazine praised as a "sophisticated album" with "unconventional songwriting".

DOMKRAFT bonded over a love of SPACEMAN 3, MONSTER MAGNET, SLEEP, and HAWKWIND. Drawing from the heaviest of their combined influences, the trio from Stockholm, Sweden crafted a sound that blends towering dirges, mind-bending psychedelia, and hypnotic minimalism, which is embodied by their monolithic 2016 debut "The End of Electricity" and 2018 follow-up "Flood".

Over the course of three albums and appearances on several Redux releases, SUMMONER have honed a sound, which draws heavily from classic 70s and early 80s metal, as well as more modern spacefaring psychedelics. Lyrically the four Americans from Boston, Massachusetts are adding related themes, which are rooted in science fiction and fantasy.

HORSEHUNTER's furious, multi-movement sludge separates them from a world of bands that are content to simply pummel, as they range from soft and sinister to unbound aggression half a dozen times in the course of a single song. The Australian's 2015 album "Caged in Flesh" and the self-titled 2019 follow-up present monumental, carefully-constructed epics that may as well have been created to carry fans of SLEEP and NEUROSIS blissfully to Valhalla.
